THE DAILY RENTAL -
PRICES VARY BASED ON DAY OF THE WEEK, 8AM - Midnight
The Daily Venue rental secures the use of the main Venue space, including the warming kitchen, bar area, access to the ice machine, and use of the tables and chairs for up to 250 persons.
Sun - Thurs: $1000 Friday: $1250 Saturday: $1500 Add-on Bridal Suite: $300 Add-on Overnight Suite: $350 Add-on Mimosa Bar (6 persons): $75
THE 2-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL
The 2-Day Venue rental secures the use of the main venue space, including the warming kitchen, the bar area, the use of tables and chairs for up to 250 persons, the bridal suite, access to the ice machine, and all outdoor spaces - including the fire pit and picnic area.
Any 2 Consecutive Days, Day 1 (8 am) - Day 2 (Midnight): $3800
Add-on overnight suite: $300 Add on mimosa bar (6 persons) $75
THE 3-DAY WEEKEND RENTAL
The 3-Day Weekend Venue rental secures the use of the main venue space. It also includes the warming kitchen, the bar area, the use of tables and chairs for up to 250 persons, the bridal suite, one night in the overnight suite, access to the ice machine, all outdoor spaces, including the fire pit and picnic area and a Mimosa Bar (for up to 6 persons).
Thurs 8 am - Sat 6 pm $4000
Friday 8 am - Sun 6 pm $4500 Add on an additional night in the Wild Sage Overnight Suite: $250

The Fine Details/Restrictions
All spaces are rented in their "as is" condition during the allotted rental time.
You are responsible for providing all labor for set-up and tear down.
A venue representative will be available via phone for the allotted rental time, if any questions should arise. Venue representatives have to right to attend any/all events scheduled.
Security Deposit: 50% down, remainder due 30 days prior to the event date. Valid credit card for any incidentals is required.
