A FULL LITTLE HOUSE OF ITS OWN - BEDROOM, KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM - FOR THE GROOM’S SIDE TO GET READY, OR FOR THE TWO OF YOU TO SPEND YOUR FIRST NIGHT AS A MARRIED COUPLE WITHOUT DRIVING ANYWHERE.
TWO OUTDOOR CEREMONY SITES -
SAY “I DO” UNDER THE TREES AT UNITY CIRCLE, OR DOWN A GRAVELED PATH THAT OPENS TO OPEN PRAIRIE AT PRAIRIE VIEW. EITHER WAY, IT’S ALREADY BEAUTIFUL. YOU DON’T NEED TO BUILD A BACKDROP, YOU JUST NEED FLOWERS.
What we host
Built first for weddings. Big enough for everything else.
Weddings are what we do best - and what most of our couples come to us for. But this place also hosts birthdays, graduations, retirement parties, family reunions and the kind of community and business gatherings that deserve better than a folding-table basement or garage.

WHO WE ARE
I’m Brandi.
I built this place with my dad. I found it at auction in 2023 - an old horse barn in the middle of a pasture I’d driven past for eighteen years without knowing it was there. I walked in, found an owl inside, and knew.
We spent a year fixing it up by hand, and it’s been holding weddings since March 2024. I still come out here every day - planting flowers, listening to the birds, doing the kind of upkeep nobody sees. It doesn’t feel like a rural Kansas venue that’s “nice for around here.” It just feels beautiful. That was the whole point.
On your event day, either I’m there or my event manager Sheri is - for a full 6 hours, ready to help if you need anything. The day before is yours: you and your vendors get the run of the place to set up exactly how you pictured it, no one hovering over your shoulder. ’
