DIRECTIONS: If coming from Hugoton, headed to Moscow on Hwy 56, turn right onto Road S. Go approximately 1 mile, then turn left and follow the road through the pasture to The Ranch.
If coming from Moscow, headed towards Hugoton on Hwy 56, turn left onto Road 15. Go approximately 1/2 mile to stop sign and then turn left onto Road S. Go approximately another 1/2 mile and turn left again and follow the road through the pasture to The Ranch.
frequently asked questions
what types of events are allowed?
Any type of party (wedding or other) is allowed at The Wild Sage Ranch.
Can we hire our own decorator/caterer/bartender?
Yes! We have an Open Vendor Policy, so you can hire whomever you want. If you will be selling alcohol, the vendor will have to have proper licensing/permits.
Can we have fireworks?
Fireworks and pyrotechnics are not permitted. Sparklers are allowed as long as they are immediately disposed of into a water or sand bucket.
ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED?
Yes! We have enough tables and chairs to accommodate 250 people. Sizes and types of tables are listed in our Welcome Packet, once you reserve your date.
DO YOU REQUIRE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, the type and amounts are listed in your contract, along with recommendations on where/how you can obtain it.
are there cleaning requirements?
There are minimal cleaning requirements, which are listed in the contract. However, you may chose to pay us an extra fee to complete those requirements for you.
CAN WE COME EARLIER THAN OUR RENTAL OR STAY LATER?
Check in and check out times are firm, unless you would like to pay additional hourly rates or add an extra day to your package.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN GOLF CARTS TO TRANSPORT OUR GUESTS FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE VENUE?
Yes, you may! However, you will be responsible for any accidents or damages caused or resulting from the use of those carts.
